Come and join us for a summer series of yoga workshops, designed for holiday lounging and the need for regeneration.
Classes are held in a friendly atmosphere of acceptance and are open to everyone - regardless of level. We focus on:
- strengthening the whole body,
- improving mobility and stability,
- working on spinal health,
- building body awareness and healthy movement patterns,
- quieting the mind and reducing tensions,
- learning breathing and relaxation techniques.
Each session ends with a 10-minute relaxation with soothing sounds, giving space for regeneration and inner balance.
