Mateusz Dubiel - born on 13 February 2004, graduated from secondary school in Bielsko-Biała, in the class of Anna Skarbowska. He is currently studying at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków with Mirosław Herbowski. He is the winner of the National Chopin Competition in Warsaw (2022), as well as the winner of the second prizes of the "Jeune Chopin" in Lugano (2022) and the Baltic Competition in Gdańsk (2022). He has taken part in masterclasses given by: Lidia Grychtołówna, Andrzej Jasiński, Piotr Paleczny, Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń, Ari Vardi and Kevin Kenner. He has given recitals at, among others, the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Żelazowa Wola, the European Krzysztof Penderecki Music Centre in Lusławice, Cavatina Hall in Bielsko-Biała, the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz at the Festival in Duszniki-Zdrój. He has also given concerts in Japan, the United States, France, Germany, Lithuania and Mallorca.

Saturday Chopin Recitals in Żelazowa Wola. They provide an opportunity to listen to performances by the most outstanding young pianists from Poland and abroad. The 30-minute concerts featuring the music of Fryderyk Chopin are open to visitors staying in the Park in Żelazowa Wola. Located 54 kilometres from Warsaw, Żelazowa Wola is visited by many tourists and music lovers from home and abroad. It is here that Fryderyk Chopin was born, and it is also here that the park and the museum of Fryderyk Chopin's Birthplace House are located, where cyclical concerts are held, initiated in 1954 by Professor Zbigniew Drzewiecki, an outstanding Polish pianist and pedagogue.
