The competition is intended to be an excellent opportunity to promote the sport and integrate the local community. Crossfit builds and develops fitness, endurance, strength, power, speed and coordination. Crossfit combines the essence of strength sports (weightlifting), gymnastics (pull-ups and strength supports on bars) and endurance sports.
The competition is intended to be an excellent form of preparation also for other sports such as obstacle running, bodybuilding, etc.
Competitors will start every few minutes. The order of start is determined by the order of applications Competitors will learn about the tasks to be performed from the organisers before the start. The tasks will be constructed from the classic sets included in crossfit training.
