Free weekend yoga sessions outdoors, with a mat on the grass, breathing in the sun and a relaxed pace. Every week a different flow - once energetic, once total slow & stretch.
And after practice? Stay on site, jump into the summer rhythm and... maybe breakfast at the Summerhouse?
No rush, no hurry - exactly how a weekend should start.
The class will be led by Magda Pikała - a yoga teacher after 500h of training in Thailand and Nepal.
In her practice, she combines hathe, vinyase, elements of mobility and a lot of breathing to create a class that brings joy to movement and allows you to discover your own possibilities.
I invite you to practice together - together we can grow on the mat and build even more lightness in body and head.
